COACHING

We offer two types of coaching:

Individual coaching: We coach directors, managers and employees in order to develop their performance. We guide them according to their specific goals, that have been clearly defined with them beforehand. 

Collective coaching: We guide executive committees and their teams to improve their level of relational intelligence. We use experiential pedagogy and the AEC method to create more cohesion and unite teams together. To live strong experiences, such as survival training or weigh anchor on a trimaran, leaves lasting shared memories. Individualities are transcended and after such adventures, relations at work change durably. 

On site coaching has the advantage of concretely enabling to observe the person being coached in his daily tasks. 
For instance, for a manager, briefing teams, conducting an individual interview, or even running a strategic meeting, so many occasions to identify progress leads. 

Real mirror of the reality of the floor , it turns out to be a great utility to improve behavioral efficiency.
