After studying organization and people management in Oxford and holding a social audit diploma and a mastery in information and communication at La Sorbonne, Stéphanie Heissat Naon starts her career as consultant in management (and more particularly change management) and organization on behalf of an American consulting firm.
In 2005, she creates her own performance development consulting firm: BlissfulConseil.
For more than 15 years, Stéphanie Heissat Naon has been doing consultancy, training and coaching to managers, directors, salespersons and employees so that they give the best of themselves.
She has always been passionate about teaching and innovation. That is why she develops business performance using the teaching analogy over the seminars she hosts. By getting the employees out of their sphere, she makes them discover, feel and fix behaviors and values that they can afterwards use within the company.
